Red Siege is back with a brand new SiegeCast!
On December 15th at 3pm EST we will be presenting
“UNPACKING THE PACKET”
Without computer networks modern day information security professionals would be protecting computers with guard dogs and electric fences. However, we live in a world where nearly every electronic device has the potential to talk to another. In this talk Jason Downey covers some networking fundamentals that every security professional should know. Unpacking the Packet is an entry level talk breaking down networking basics, how modern day enterprise networks are designed, commonly used network defenses, and is concluded with some simple ways that attackers can leverage network traffic to learn more about their target.
We encourage you to sign up for this webcast, as well as become part of the Red Siege community discord – https://redsiege.com/discord
The Red Siege team will be taking our questions and interacting with the community, as well as posting links the coincide with the conversation.
We look forward to seeing you there!
